Welcome to the Penny!

A top of the day to you! Have something tasty and fresh, right out of our oven, with one of the world's best coffees or anything else you fancy … you're with friends.

Downtown Lethbridge, Alberta features the Penny Coffee House, the original home of fresh roasted, world coffess. You will be taken care of by Eileen and Clive, who have kept the place roasty and toasty since 1990. All complemented by some of the most formidable characters east of Rocky Mountains.

Here. the daily hubbub is kept rolling through a constant changing of the guard. Bringing in their
curiosity, inspiration, hunger and need to either be there, or hide away.

Beverages

On any given day you can sample a great number of World, Free Trade and decaffeinated Coffees: Espresso, Cappuccino, Café Au Lait, Americano, Mochacinno and other amazing combinations, Teas, Chai, Italian Sodas, Shakes Juices or chocolate milk.

Desserts

Every day, either Eileen or Clive get up before a lot of people go to bed to bake dozens and
dozens of pastries, croissants, muffins, pretzels, tarts, cookies, pies & cakes. You may
never want to go home to eat again.

Meals …

We prepare a tasty, wholesome and creative combo of soups, salads, sandwiches and entree daily. You will find a surprising, cosmopolitan and imaginative meal with a most wonderful array
of accompaniments.
